How it works

Cleanup first. Then a better CRM every week.

You add us as a user in your CRM. The agents back it up, clean it up and build what's missing. I check every change. Then we meet once a week and keep it running.

Getting started

From first call to first finished task.

  1. Free 30-minute call

You tell me which CRM you have, how you sell and what isn't working. I'll tell you what I'd fix first. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so.

  2. Access to your CRM

You add a user for us in your CRM, the same way you'd add an employee. Workflows and settings usually need admin access.

  3. Backup and audit

Before anything changes, your contacts and deals get exported as a backup. Then the agents map what's there: duplicates, unused fields, stale deals, broken workflows.

  4. Cleanup, checked

Duplicates get merged, fields and tags get fixed, and the pipeline gets rebuilt around how you sell. I review every change before it goes live.

  5. Weekly meeting, weekly list

We go over what's done and pick what's next: new workflows, imports, reports, fixes. The list keeps moving.

A normal week

What a week looks like.

Meeting day

Pick the priorities

We look at the CRM, what your team is stuck on, and what's next.

During the week

Agents work the list

Cleanup, workflows, imports and admin tasks get built inside your CRM.

Before anything goes live

I check everything

Every merge, every workflow and every message template gets tested and reviewed.

End of week

You get a summary

A short note: what changed, what's running, what's next.

How much gets done

A week's worth of work, every week.

The agents are fast, but every merge and every workflow still needs a review. That's the real limit, and it's why we work week to week.

The first cleanup comes together quickly. After that, the CRM is one item on your list next to anything else digital you need. Big jobs get broken up and roll forward until they're done.

Access and ownership

Your CRM stays yours.

  • We work as a user in your CRM, with the access the work needs.
  • Your contacts and deals get backed up before any cleanup starts.
  • The CRM account and all its data stay in your name.
  • Remove our access any time. It comes out the day you cancel.
  • Your CRM subscription and ad spend stay on your card.
FAQ

Everything people ask on the first call.

Which CRMs do you work with?

Usually the one you already have. I've done GoHighLevel and HubSpot work for clients, and most common CRMs are built from the same parts: contacts, pipelines, fields and automations. On the free call I'll tell you if yours has limits we'd need to work around.

Do I need to switch CRMs?

Probably not. Most CRMs fail because nobody runs them, not because the software is wrong. We fix what you have first. If a switch really makes sense, I'll tell you why, and the move goes on the list.

What does "the bots run your CRM" mean?

AI agents do the admin work inside your CRM: merging duplicates, building pipelines and workflows, importing data, fixing what breaks. I direct them and check every change. Your team just uses the CRM.

Will a bot text my customers something weird?

Not without me checking it first. Every workflow that sends a text or email gets tested and reviewed before it goes live, and I keep an eye on it after it does.

How fast can my CRM get cleaned up?

Cleanup usually starts in week one. A small CRM can be in good shape within the first few weeks. A big, messy one gets worked in pieces, the fixes that matter most first, and the rest rolls forward.

What if my contacts are in spreadsheets, not a CRM?

That's a common place to start. The spreadsheets get cleaned, deduped and imported, and a pipeline gets built around them. Your original files stay untouched.

Do I need to pay for CRM software?

You keep paying for your own CRM subscription, and it stays in your name. The AI tools and credits on my side are included in the $499. If a workflow needs a paid add-on, I'll tell you before anything gets bought.

Is there really no task cap?

There's no cap on your list. Each week we work as much of it as a week allows, highest priority first, and the rest rolls forward. You always know what's done and what's next.

Do I own it?

Yes. The CRM account, the contacts and every workflow stay in your name. If you cancel, you keep everything that was built.

Can my team keep using the CRM while you work on it?

Yes. Big changes like merges and pipeline rebuilds get scheduled so they don't get in your team's way, and your data gets backed up first. I tell you before anything they use every day changes.

Is it just you?

The agents do the admin work. I direct them and check every change. You talk to me, not an account manager.

What if it's not working for me?

Cancel any month. There's no contract and no setup fee, and you keep everything that was built.
